RX-502A-2TM is a solvent-free, low viscosity epoxy resin. When mixed with curing agent RX-502B-2TM, it demonstrates excellent wettability for glass fiber and carbon fiber. It is suitable for curing at room or medium temperatures with a fast curing speed.
Widely used in vacuum infusion systems for carbon fiber and glass fiber molding parts, wind power blades, ship and yacht manufacturing, and automobile bodies. Also applicable for electronic potting, encapsulation protection, and insulation.

1. Vacuum Molding: Seal fiber material with vacuum bag film on a rigid mold. Use negative pressure to exclude gas and impregnate fibers with resin.
2. Winter Preheating: In cold weather, Resin A can be preheated to 30-50ºC.
3. Mixing: Follow strict proportions; mix only what is needed for immediate use.
4. Preparation: Ensure products are dry and clean. Optimal results are achieved at -0.1MPa vacuum degree.
• Strictly implement "first-in-first-out" principle. Mix fully before use.
• Ensure good ventilation. Use gloves and goggles to avoid skin contact.
• Moisture can degrade characteristics; seal tightly after opening.
• Pot life depends on temperature and quantity; determine based on site conditions.
Storage: Store in a ventilated, cool, dry place. Shelf life for both A and B agents is 6 months.
Packaging: 5kg or 20kg/drum for both main agent and curing agent.
